The invention provides a material for preparing a fiber composite hydration-resistant calcium oxide crucible, the crucible and a preparation method. The material is prepared from calcium oxide, rare earth oxide, transition metal oxide and aluminum oxide. The crucible is prepared from the material; the method comprises the following steps: weighing calcium oxide, rare earth oxide, transition metal oxide and aluminum oxide according to preset weight contents, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder for a crucible blank; carrying out compression molding on the crucible green body by using mixed powder to obtain the crucible green body; and sintering the crucible green body to obtain the fiber composite hydration-resistant calcium oxide crucible. On the premise that the intrinsic properties of the calcium oxide crucible are not damaged, the water resistance, the sintering performance and the thermal shock resistance stability of the calcium oxide crucible can be improved.
本发明提供一种制备纤维复合抗水化氧化钙坩埚的材料、坩埚及制备方法,所述材料由氧化钙、稀土氧化物、过渡金属氧化物和氧化铝组成;所述坩埚采用该材料制备得到;所述方法包括:按照预设的重量含量称取氧化钙、稀土氧化物、过渡金属氧化物和氧化铝,并混合均匀,得到坩埚坯体用混合粉;将所述坩埚坯体用混合粉进行压制成型,得到坩埚坯体;对所述坩埚坯体进行烧结,得到纤维复合抗水化氧化钙坩埚。本发明在不破坏氧化钙坩埚本征性质的前提下,可提高氧化钙坩埚的抗水性能、烧结性能和抗热震稳定性。
