The invention discloses a light carbon/carbon composite material thermal insulation cylinder for crystalline silicon, which comprises an inner layer high-density cylinder body, an outer layer high-density cylinder body and a low-density middle layer arranged between the inner layer high-density cylinder body and the outer layer high-density cylinder body, and pyrolytic carbon coatings are deposited on the surfaces of the inner layer high-density cylinder body and the outer layer high-density cylinder body; the invention also provides a preparation method of the light carbon/carbon composite material thermal insulation cylinder for crystalline silicon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, densifying the carbon fiber preform; 2, machining to obtain a carbon/carbon composite material heat preservation cylinder blank; and 3, chemical vapor deposition is carried out after surface purification. The pyrolytic carbon coatings deposited on the inner-layer high-density cylinder body and the outer-layer high-density cylinder body of the carbon/carbon composite material heat preservation cylinder are uniform and compact, erosion of molten silicon liquid and silicon-containing steam is prevented, the heat preservation performance is guaranteed through the low-density middle layer, and therefore the carbon/carbon composite material heat preservation cylinder has excellent anti-erosion performance and good heat preservation performance, and the heat preservation cylinder is overall light and convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种晶体硅用轻质炭/炭复合材料保温筒,包括内层高密度筒体、外层高密度筒体和设置在内层高密度筒体、外层高密度筒体之间的低密度中间层,且内层高密度筒体和外层高密度筒体的表面上均沉积有热解碳涂层;本发明还提供了一种晶体硅用轻质炭/炭复合材料保温筒的制备方法:一、炭纤维预制体增密;二、机械加工得到炭/炭复合材料保温筒坯;三、表面净化后化学气相沉积。本发明的炭/炭复合材料保温筒的内层、外层高密度筒体上沉积的热解碳涂层均匀致密,阻止了熔融硅液和含硅蒸汽的侵蚀,低密度中间层保证了保温性能,从而具有优异的抗侵蚀性能和良好的保温性能,且保温筒的整体轻质,方便使用。
