Lightweight porous carbon foam thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a lightweight porous carbon foam thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a polyacrylonitrile/polyethyleneimine nanofiber membrane through electrostatic spinning; adding carbon fibers into the polyacrylonitrile/polyethyleneimine nanofiber membrane, performing homogeneous dispersion in deionized water, and performing freeze drying to obtain polyacrylonitrile/polyethyleneimine/carbon fiber porous sponge; impregnating and filling the polyacrylonitrile/polyethyleneimine/carbon fiber porous sponge with phenolic resin to obtain a composite material precursor; and carbonizing the composite material precursor to obtain the lightweight porous carbon foam thermal insulation material. The prepared lightweight porous carbon foam thermal insulation material has sufficient internal pores and good thermal insulation performance, the strength of the material is improved by introducing carbon fibers between layers, and meanwhile, the introduced phenolic resin aerogel is uniformly dispersed and attached in the pore structure of the material, so that the strength and the thermal insulation performance of the material are further improved.
本发明提供了一种轻质多孔碳泡沫隔热材料及其制备方法。制备方法为:静电纺丝制备聚丙烯腈/聚乙烯亚胺纳米纤维膜;聚丙烯腈/聚乙烯亚胺纳米纤维膜添加碳纤维于去离子水中均质分散,冷冻干燥得到聚丙烯腈/聚乙烯亚胺/碳纤维多孔海绵;对聚丙烯腈/聚乙烯亚胺/碳纤维多孔海绵进行酚醛树脂浸渍填充,得到复合材料前驱体;对复合材料前驱体进行碳化,得到所述轻质多孔碳泡沫隔热材料。本发明制备的轻质多孔碳泡沫隔热材料的内部孔隙充分,具有良好的隔热性能,通过在层间引入碳纤维提高了材料的强度,同时引入的酚醛树脂气凝胶均匀分散附着在材料的孔隙结构中,进一步提高了材料的强度和隔热性能。
