Emergency pavement suitable for rain and snow environment
A flexible reelable emergency road surface suitable for rainy and snowy weather or after rainy and snowy days is composed of a first adhesive tape layer, a reinforcing supporting rod, a second adhesive tape layer, a reinforcing adhesive tape layer and a surface hydrophobic anti-slippery layer. The reinforcing supporting rods are transversely arranged on the first adhesive tape layer in parallel at intervals in the length direction of the first adhesive tape layer, the second adhesive tape layer is attached to and covers the reinforcing supporting rods, and the whole reinforcing supporting rods are tightly wrapped in a closed space formed by the first adhesive tape layer and the second adhesive tape layer through a heat sealing technology. The reinforced adhesive tape layer is attached to and covers the second adhesive tape layer or is attached to the two sides of the second adhesive tape layer in the length direction of the second adhesive tape layer, and the surface hydrophobic anti-slippery layer is attached to/coats and covers the reinforced adhesive tape layer or the reinforced adhesive tape layer and the second adhesive tape layer; the hydrophobic anti-slippery layer is a fluorine-containing acrylate monomer deposition layer or/and a high-density woven fabric of which the surface free energy is removed through fluorosilicone finishing. The problem that vehicles are difficult to pass when the road and the ground bearing capacity is insufficient in the rain and snow environment of the existing flexible emergency road surface is solved.
一种适用雨雪天气或雨雪后的柔性可卷放应急路面,由第一胶布层、加强支撑杆、第二胶布层、增强胶布层、表面疏水防湿滑层构成;加强支撑杆沿第一胶布层长度方向间隔平行横向布置在第一胶布层上,第二胶布层贴敷覆盖加强支撑杆并通过热合工艺将加强支撑杆整体紧密包裹在第一胶布层和第二胶布层形成的封闭空间内,增强胶布层贴敷覆盖第二胶布层或沿第二胶布层长度方向贴敷在第二胶布层的两侧,表面疏水防湿滑层贴敷/涂覆覆盖增强胶布层或增强胶布层和第二胶布层;所述疏水防湿滑层为含氟丙烯酸酯单体沉积层或/和经氟硅整理去表面自由能的高密度机织织物。本发明解决了现有柔性应急路面存在的雨雪环境道路及地面承载力不足时车辆通行困难的问题。
