本发明提供了一种针对一柱一桩钢管柱的两调一控式垂直度控制施工方法,利用红外线激光器和倾角传感器组合制成激光测倾仪,结合电脑或显示仪表,实时直观展示钢管柱偏移情况,基于调垂盘以及钢管柱外壁千斤顶相互配合,实现对钢管柱的两调一控式垂直度控制,施工效率高,有效保证了钢管柱垂直度。另外,本发明中的激光测倾仪的测量范围可达30米以上,测量范围更广,实际测量精度不小于1/500;测量过程中所有步骤都用标准的测量工具标定,避免了人为因素造成的误差,调垂精度更高。
