Embedded installation device and installation method thereof

The invention provides a pre-embedded mounting device. The pre-embedded mounting device comprises a pre-embedded sleeve assembly, a fastening mechanism and a positioning mechanism, the embedded sleeve assembly is provided with an internal thread, and the fastening mechanism is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread. A through hole is formed in the positioning mechanism, so that the positioning mechanism penetrates through the fastening mechanism and is connected with the pre-embedded sleeve assembly; a plurality of positioning holes are further formed in the positioning mechanism and used for positioning and installing the embedded sleeve assembly on a formwork on the bottom face of a concrete construction layer. The embedded sleeve assembly is positioned and installed on the formwork through the positioning holes in the positioning mechanism, the installation efficiency and the installation quality of the to-be-installed part are greatly improved, meanwhile, the fastening mechanism and the positioning mechanism can be detached and reused after the embedded sleeve assembly is embedded in a concrete structure, and the construction cost is greatly saved.

本发明提供了一种预埋安装装置，包括：预埋套筒组件、紧固机构和定位机构；所述预埋套筒组件上设置有内螺纹，所述紧固机构上设置有与所述内螺纹相适配的外螺纹；所述定位机构上开设有穿孔，用以使所述定位机构穿过所述紧固机构，并与所述预埋套筒组件相连接；所述定位机构上还开设有若干定位孔，用以将所述预埋套筒组件定位安装在混凝土施工层底面的模板上。本发明通过定位机构上的定位孔将预埋套筒组件定位安装在模板上，大大提高了待安装件的安装效率和安装质量，同时，紧固机构和定位机构均可在预埋套筒组件埋设在混凝土结构中后拆卸掉重复利用，大大节约了施工成本。
