The method comprises the following steps of: constructing an inner mold, fixing an inner mold support, adjusting the radius, binding a ring rib, installing an outer template, correcting the radius and the wall thickness, binding an outer side surrounding hoop, pouring (n + 1) sections of concrete, circulating, constructing a lining, installing accessories and dismantling a lifting system. A vertical shaft frame displacement type formwork construction technology is adopted, and a working platform is mainly composed of a vertical shaft frame and an operation platform. The concrete construction height of each mold of the cylinder construction is 1250 mm, and the average construction height of one day is 1800 mm.
