The invention discloses a construction method of a vertical shaft structure, which comprises the following steps: (1) a fore shaft ring is poured on the ground according to design requirements, the upper end of the fore shaft ring is higher than the surface of the ground, and hoisting equipment is arranged beside the fore shaft ring; (2) well bore excavation; the mode of combining manual excavation, air pick digging and blasting excavation is adopted, and slag stones are conveyed out through hoisting equipment; (3) retaining wall construction is conducted after the excavation depth is 1.5-2 m every time, during retaining wall construction, protruding blocks on the well wall are cleaned firstly, then a reinforcing mesh is bound, the formwork assembly is placed in the well, and then concrete pouring is conducted; (4) a falling groove used for containing the round base is formed in the bottom face of the vertical shaft, and the round base and the vertical shaft are concentrically arranged when the formwork assembly is placed in the vertical shaft; and (5) after the concrete reaches the required hardness, the auxiliary plate is detached. The construction method has the effect of conveniently erecting a template when the retaining wall is poured.
