VERTICAL SHAFT STRUCTURE USING SEGMENTED CONNECTION AND VERTICAL SHAFT STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a precast vertical shaft using a segment connecting device and a construction method thereof, which can connect precast vertical shaft segments for a vertical shaft to each other during excavation under the ground to more efficiently and quickly construct the precast vertical shaft which is a vertical cylindrical underground structure. The segment connecting device includes a saw-toothed connecting steel material and a saw-toothed jig. A rotating saw-toothed part of the saw-toothed jig is inserted into a screw block-out part formed on a connection hole so that a screw part of the saw-toothed connecting steel material inserted into the connection hole and is interlocked with the screw part of the saw-toothed connecting steel material.
지중을 터파기하면서, 수직구용 프리캐스트 수직구세그먼트를 서로 연결하여 수직원통형 지중구조물인 프리캐스트 수직구를 보다 효율적으로 신속하게 시공할 수 있는 세그먼트 연결장치를 이용한 프리캐스트 수직구 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 세그먼트 연결장치는, 톱니형 연결강재; 및 톱니형지그;를 포함하며, 상기 톱니형지그의 회전톱니부는 연결홀에 삽입된 톱니형 연결강재의 나사부가 노출되도록 연결홀에 형성시킨 나사블록아웃부에 삽입되어 톱니형 연결강재의 나사부에 물려지도록 하게 된다.
