Glass fiber core material for oil-gas separation and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a glass fiber core material for oil-gas separation and a preparation method of the glass fiber core material. The core material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: glass fibers, silicon dioxide aerogel, an opacifying agent, a thickening agent and a water-resistant modifier. The method comprises the following steps: taking a proper amount of waste glass, quartz sand, sodium carbonate, zinc oxide and other materials, uniformly mixing, putting into a kiln for smelting and calcining to obtain uniform glass liquid, then introducing a centrifugal disc rotating at a high speed, and throwing out fine glass fibers with uniform fiber diameters; soaking the prepared glass fiber into a mixed solution of silicon dioxide aerogel and an opacifying agent, and then freezing and molding the mixed solution; carrying out normal-pressure vacuum freeze drying on the freeze-molded mixture; and carrying out hot pressing on the mixture by using a dry curing oven to finally prepare the glass fiber core material for oil-gas separation.
本发明涉及一种用于油气分离的玻璃纤维芯材及其制备方法,芯材按重量比组分包括:玻璃纤维、二氧化硅气凝胶、遮光剂、增稠剂和抗水改性剂。取适量的废旧玻璃、石英砂、纯碱、氧化锌等材料,混合均匀后投入到窑炉熔炼、煅烧成均匀的玻璃液,然后引入高速旋转的离心盘,甩出纤维直径均匀的细玻璃纤维;将制备出的玻璃纤维浸渍入二氧化硅气凝胶、遮光剂的混合液,再将混合溶液进行冷冻成型;将冷冻成型的混合体进行常压真空冷冻干燥;将上述混合体用干法固化炉热压,最终制得用于油气分离的玻璃纤维芯材。
