The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant aerogel heat insulation sheet. The method comprises the following steps: by taking inorganic aluminum salt as an aluminum source, tetraethyl orthosilicate as a silicon source, ethanol and water, adding an opacifying agent and epoxypropane as a network forming agent, stirring the formed emulsion to form a sol solution, dipping the obtained sol in ceramic fiber paper, and carrying out sol-gel reaction to form fiber reinforced wet gel; and performing aging, solvent replacement, supercritical drying and high-temperature strengthening on the obtained fiber-reinforced wet gel to obtain the high-temperature-resistant aerogel heat-resisting sheet. The prepared high-temperature-resistant aerogel heat insulation sheet has good heat insulation performance and high-temperature-resistant performance, the high-temperature-resistant aerogel heat insulation sheet can be used under the high-temperature condition due to the fact that the opacifying agent is added, and the application of the high-temperature-resistant aerogel heat insulation sheet at the high temperature is effectively improved due to crystal form transformation involved in the high-temperature strengthening process.
本发明涉及一种耐高温气凝胶隔热片的制备方法。本方法通过无机铝盐为铝源,正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,乙醇、水、加入遮光剂,以及环氧丙烷为网络形成剂,形成的乳液搅拌形成溶胶溶液,得到的溶胶浸渍在陶瓷纤维纸中进行溶胶‑凝胶反应形成纤维增强湿凝胶,将得到的纤维增强湿凝胶经老化、溶剂置换、超临界干燥和高温强化得到耐高温气凝胶隔热片。本发明制备的耐高温气凝胶隔热片具有良好的隔热性能和耐高温性能,其中遮光剂的加入使耐高温气凝胶隔热片更能在高温条件下使用,以及高温强化工艺中涉及了晶型转变更有效的提高了耐高温气凝胶隔热片在高温下的应用。
