According to the invention, the filling particles can be well fused at high temperature, can ensure certain granular sensation, can uniformly cover the surface of a green body, can fill gaps among particles of the silica powder additive, can ensure certain high-temperature viscosity, and can achieve good antifouling, wear-resistant and easy-cleaning effects together with the silica powder additive.
本发明涉及一种耐磨釉面的生产工艺及釉料,属于陶瓷釉技术领域,釉料包括基础料和硅微粉添加剂,生产工艺包括如下步骤:第一步、将基础料和硅微粉添加剂混合,加入水,调节固含量,球磨,过300目筛,得到釉料;第二步、将釉料在陶瓷坯体表面进行施釉,先置于空气中自然风干,干燥,得施釉坯体;第三步、将施釉坯体置于碳化硅板上,置于辊道窑中升温,烧成;自然冷却。本发明中利用填充颗粒在高温下应能较好的互相熔融,并且能保证一定的颗粒感,能均匀地覆盖在坯体表面,填充颗粒能填补硅微粉添加剂颗粒间的空隙,并保证一定的高温黏度,与硅微粉添加剂一起达到较好的防污、耐磨和易洁等效果。
