The invention discloses a device and a method for renovating railway ballast track ballast bed mud pumping diseases, the position of the mud pumping diseases is excavated from a railway ballast to a foundation bed, and the renovating device comprises a lower-layer high-strength waterproof coiled material, a medium-coarse sand filling layer, an upper-layer high-strength waterproof coiled material and a medium-coarse sand protection layer which are sequentially arranged from the foundation bed to the railway ballast; each of the lower-layer high-strength waterproof coiled material and the upper-layer high-strength waterproof coiled material comprises at least one high-strength rubber asphalt layer and at least one fiber layer. Two layers of high-strength waterproof coiled materials are adopted as the waterproof structure, the upper layer prevents rainwater from permeating into the foundation bed, and the lower layer prevents the lower soft foundation bed from overflowing slurry to the ballast bed. The high-strength waterproof coiled material has good waterproofness, low-temperature flexibility, perforation resistance and puncture resistance, can effectively prevent frost boiling and mud rising diseases from relapse, and prolongs the service life of the ballast track.
本发明公开了一种铁路有砟轨道道床翻浆冒泥病害的整治装置及整治方法,在翻浆冒泥病害处自道砟开挖至基床,整治装置包括自基床至道砟依次设置的下层高强防水卷材、中粗砂填充层、上层高强防水卷材和中粗砂保护层;下层高强防水卷材和上层高强防水卷材均包括至少一层高强橡胶沥青层和至少一层纤维层。本发明采用两层高强防水卷材作为防水结构,上面一层防止雨水下渗入基床,下面一层防止下部软弱基床冒浆至道床。高强防水卷材具有良好的防水性、低温柔性、抗穿孔性和抗刺穿性,可有效防止翻浆冒泥病害复发,提高有砟轨道的服役寿命。
