Rapid repair method for damage of heavy haul railway sleeper
The invention relates to a method for rapidly repairing a damaged sleeper of a heavy haul railway. The method mainly comprises the steps of damaged sleeper base surface treatment, 3D printing equipment installation and debugging, three-dimensional data acquisition and input, repairing material preparation, cloth printing and forming, finished product maintenance and the like. The method specifically comprises the steps that steel rail fasteners in a damaged area are loosened, and a steel rail is pushed aside and fixed; scum and a loose layer on the surface of the damaged sleeper are cleaned until a hard concrete base surface is exposed; printing equipment is installed and debugged, three-dimensional data of the repaired part are imported, and a printing program is set; the material mixing ratio is determined according to the operation time and the environment temperature, and the repairing material is prepared through on-site mixing; the prepared repairing material is distributed layer by layer along a nozzle through an extrusion device, and is stacked and formed layer by layer; after the printing program is executed, waiting for hardening of the repairing material; and falling the rail, resetting the steel rail, and re-tightening the fastener. The method has the advantages of being high in precision, free of formworks, high in automation degree and intelligent, and is suitable for rapidly repairing damage of complex structures such as heavy-load sleepers.
本发明涉及一种重载铁路轨枕伤损快速修补方法,该方法主要包括伤损轨枕基面处理、3D打印设备安装调试、三维数据采集录入、修补材料制备、布料打印成型、成品养护等步骤:具体为:松开伤损区域钢轨扣件,拨开钢轨并固定;清理伤损轨枕表面浮渣及疏松层,直至露出坚硬混凝土基面;安装调试打印设备,导入修补部位的三维数据,设置打印程序;根据作业时间及环境温度确定材料配合比,现场拌合制备修补材料;制备好的修补材料通过挤出装置沿喷嘴分层布料,逐层堆叠成型;待打印程序执行完毕后,等待修补材料硬化;落轨,钢轨复位,复紧扣件。该方法具有精度高、免模板、高度自动化及智能化的特点,适用于重载轨枕等复杂结构伤损快速修补。
