The invention discloses a photovoltaic shutter, comprising: a window frame, the upper part and the lower part of which are respectively provided with a first channel communicated with the outside and a second channel communicated with the inside; the first baffle assembly can open or close the first channel; the first air draft device is arranged in the first channel; the glass assembly comprises inner side glass and outer side glass which are embedded in the window frame, and a purification cavity communicating with the first channel and the second channel is defined by the inner side glass, the outer side glass and the window frame; the blade assembly is arranged in the purification cavity, the blade assembly comprises a plurality of photovoltaic blades, and each photovoltaic blade comprises a photovoltaic panel, a thermocatalytic layer and a photocatalytic layer; the controller is arranged in the purification cavity and is electrically connected with the first baffle assembly, the first air draft device and the blade assembly; and the battery assembly is arranged in the purification cavity and is electrically connected with the controller and the plurality of photovoltaic panels. And when the outdoor air quality is poor, the air quality in a newly decorated house can be improved in a ventilation mode, and therefore the requirements of users can be well met.
