The invention provides a photovoltaic shutter. The photovoltaic shutter comprises a frame body, an outer shutter assembly, a dustproof net and a cleaning assembly, wherein the outer shutter assembly and the dustproof net are sequentially arranged in the frame body in the thickness direction of the frame body, and the cleaning assembly is arranged between the outer shutter assembly and the dustproof net. The outer shutter assembly comprises a plurality of outer shutters arranged in a rotating mode and a first driving device used for driving the outer shutters to rotate, and a photovoltaic panel is arranged on each outer shutter. The cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning brush and a second driving device, and the second driving device is used for driving the cleaning brush to linearly move in the height or width direction of the frame body and abut against the outer shutter and/or the dustproof net. The photovoltaic shutter provided by the invention is relatively good in dustproof effect and relatively high in power generation efficiency.
