The expanding agent added into the vibration-compression-free regenerated cement stabilized macadam can enter micropores and cracks of the regenerated aggregate, and the strength of the aggregate is improved through the expansion effect; the expanding agent existing in gaps among the regenerated aggregates can achieve a good gap filling effect, so that the compaction degree is improved under the condition of no vibration compaction, and the added trimethyl octadecyl ammonium bromide is beneficial to improving the adsorption effect of the regenerated aggregates on the expanding agent; and a long carbon chain of trimethyl octadecyl ammonium bromide can extend into micropores of the regenerated aggregate, so that the micropores of the regenerated aggregate can be filled to a certain extent, and the overall strength can be improved.
