The fabricated wall surface comprises a fabricated wall plate, a mounting frame and an access door, an access hole is formed in the fabricated wall plate, the mounting frame is mounted at the access hole, and the access door is rotationally arranged in the middle of the mounting frame so that the access hole can be in an open state or a closed state; and the access door shields the access hole. The fabricated wallboard is adopted to replace tiles to decorate the wall, so that the overhaul hole is aligned with the water pipe in the wall, when the water pipe needs to be maintained, the water pipe can be maintained through the overhaul hole only by opening the overhaul hole, and after maintenance is completed, the overhaul door is controlled to block the overhaul hole again to shield the overhaul hole. And the smoothness of the outer wall surface of the wallboard before and after water pipe maintenance is effectively ensured. Due to the fact that the access hole is preset in the assembly type wall plate, the access hole which is regular in shape and appropriate in size can be cut in the production process of the assembly type wall plate.
本发明公开了一种便于检修的装配式墙面，包括装配式墙板、安装框以及检修门，装配式墙板上开设有检修洞，安装框安装在检修洞处，检修门转动设置在安装框中间，以使检修洞处于打开状态或关闭状态，当检修洞处于关闭状态时，检修门对检修洞进行遮挡。采用装配式墙板替代瓷砖对墙壁进行装修，使得检修洞对准墙壁内的水管，当需要进行水管维修的时候，只要打开检修洞，就能透过检修洞对水管进行维修，维修完成后控制检修门再次将检修洞堵住进行遮挡即可，有效保证了水管维修前后墙板外壁面平整性。由于检修洞是在装配式墙板上预设的，因此在装配式墙板生产过程中就能够切割出形状规整以及合适尺寸的检修洞。
