The invention relates to an alternating atmosphere ceramization method of inorganic gel nanofibers, which comprises the following steps: firstly, introducing the inorganic gel nanofibers into a desorption bath for pressurized desorption treatment, and then introducing the fibers into a replacement bath for solvent replacement treatment and reduced pressure drying, then introducing the fibers into a pre-burning area under differential drafting tension supplementary treatment to obtain thermal polycondensation fibers, and finally ceramizing the fibers in an alternating atmosphere calcining area to obtain the flexible ceramic nanofibers. Compared with the prior art, the grain size of the prepared flexible ceramic nanofiber is 5-30 nm, the average diameter of the fiber is 50-500 nm, and the softness is smaller than 300 mN.
