本发明属于环保装置技术领域,尤其是一种节能环保用水面垃圾清理装置及其使用方法,针对现有的传送带上的竖板上容易粘附垃圾,然后又输送到水里造成漏清理的问题,现提出以下方案,包括安装板,所述所述安装板的一侧外壁固定连接有对称分布的L形杆,且安装板的顶部外壁固定连接有对称分布的支块,所述支块的顶部外壁固定连接有矩形框,且矩形框的顶部外壁分别固定连接有收集箱和壳体。本发明通过设置有传送带,当竖板上的转动板上方接触到刮板时,就会带动刮板逆时针转动,进而对竖板上积聚的垃圾进行一个带动,使其更容易落入到收集箱内,这样就能很好的对竖板上的垃圾输送到收集箱内,大大减少了垃圾的漏清理,提高了清理效果。
