The invention relates to the technical field of Internet of Things, and provides an entity conveying method, device and system, an entity conveying vehicle and a server. The method applied to an entity transfer cart comprises the following steps: determining that an entity is placed in the cart and a door is closed; receiving a destination and a delivery password specified by the entity sender, and sending the delivery password to the server; performing path planning according to the destination and the current position, and automatically driving to the destination; after arriving at the destination, sending an arrival notification to the server; and receiving a verification password for opening the vehicle door, and controlling the vehicle door to be opened after the transportation password is successfully verified. The method applied to a server comprises the following steps: receiving a transport password sent by an entity transport vehicle; and after an arrival notification sent by the entity transfer cart is received, sending a verification password for the transfer password to a pre-associated entity receiver.
