To prevent a vehicle from staying inside a conveying object area.SOLUTION: A server 5 receives driving difficulty information indicating that a vehicle 3 is difficult to be driven by a driver, determines that a current position of the vehicle is located inside a predetermined transportation target area, and transports the vehicle 3 to a transporting robot 7 from the current position to a transport destination in response to a state where it is determined that the driving difficulty information is received and the current position of the vehicle 3 is located inside the transportation target area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
