The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof composite materials, and discloses a self-compacting temperature-inhibiting waterproof composite material which comprises anti-crack fibers and composite powder, the weight ratio of the anti-crack fibers to the composite powder is 2: 3, and the anti-crack fibers and the composite powder comprise, by weight, 20-30 parts of the anti-crack fibers and 40-60 parts of the composite powder. According to the self-compacting temperature-inhibiting waterproof composite material and the preparation method thereof, the composite material is composed of anti-crack fibers and composite powder, and the anti-crack fibers comprise one or two of polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, polyethylene glycol fibers and polyacrylonitrile fibers; the composite powder comprises a cement hydration heat reducing component, a silane waterproof agent, a nano material densification enhancing component, a cementing material active exciting component, a water-retention internal curing component, a coupling agent component, an expansion component, a water reducing agent and a shrinkage reducing agent. The composite material can play roles in avoiding or reducing cracking of a concrete structure and improving waterproof performance and anti-permeability performance.
