The invention discloses a solid-waste-based self-compacting super-waterproof backfill material and a preparation method thereof. The solid-waste-based self-compacting super-waterproof backfill material is formed by mixing and stirring muck, a solid-waste-based high-impermeability curing agent and water. The solid-waste-based high-impermeability curing agent comprises steel slag powder, granulated blast-furnace slag, fly ash, red mud, industrial byproduct gypsum, hydrophobic organic acid salt, alkali metal lactate, a high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a dispersing agent. The materials are mixed and stirred to generate physical-chemical reaction, and a large number of cementitious bodies are generated in the curing process to fill pores among soil particles, so that the structure is compact, the strength is high, and the impermeability is good; according to the present invention, the solid waste resource utilization requirement is met, and advantages of high solid waste utilization rate, low economic cost, high fluidity, good waterproof performance and the like are provided; the situation that a traditional backfill material needs to be added with cement clinker is changed.
