The invention provides a light high-strength mullite castable and a construction method, the light high-strength mullite castable comprises aggregate and a powder matrix; the aggregate is microporous mullite aggregate, and the powder comprises alpha-alumina micro-powder, an expanding agent-kyanite fine powder, a sintering agent-spodumene fine powder, silica powder, sintered mullite fine powder and a binding agent, and the weight percentage of the microporous mullite aggregate is 50-70%; 3-8% of a-alumina micro powder; 5-10% of expanding agent-kyanite fine powder; 3-7% of spodumene fine powder serving as a sintering agent; 2-5% of silica powder; 6 to 10 percent of sintered mullite fine powder and 10 to 20 percent of binding agent; and the water reducing agent accounts for 0.35-0.60% of the sum of the other raw materials. The formed product is low in density, high in strength, stable in high-temperature use performance, anti-scouring, low in heat conductivity, small in heat energy loss, convenient to construct and very suitable for being used as a lining material of a blast furnace air inlet device.
本发明提供一种轻质高强莫来石浇注料及施工方法,轻质高强莫来石浇注料,包括骨料和粉料基质;骨料为微孔莫来石骨料,粉料为a‑氧化铝微粉、膨胀剂—蓝晶石细粉、烧结剂—锂辉石细粉、硅微粉、烧结莫来石细粉、结合剂,按重量百分比计,微孔莫来石骨料:50~70%;a‑氧化铝微粉:3~8%;膨胀剂—蓝晶石细粉:5~10%;烧结剂—锂辉石细粉:3~7%;硅微粉:2~5%;烧结莫来石细粉:6~10%,结合剂:10~20%;还包括及减水剂,减水剂为其它原料之和的0.35—0.60%。成型的产品密度低,强度高,高温使用性能稳定,抗冲刷,导热率低,热能损耗小,而且施工方便,非常适合使用于高炉进风装置的内衬材料。
