High-strength polylight mullite microporous castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-strength polylight mullite microporous castable and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength polylight mullite microporous castable is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of a polylight mullite microporous homogenized material, 20-45 parts of light calcined mullite material, 20-30 parts of bauxite powder, 5-10 parts of silica powder, 2-8 parts of calcium aluminate cement, 3-10 parts of kyanite and 0.2-1.0 part of an additional water reducing agent, introduction of light-weight aggregate is a main way for realizing light weight of refractory materials, so that aiming at heat insulation materials used for steel ladles, tundish permanent linings and the like, the castable not only ensures reduction of the overall heat conductivity coefficient of the castable, but also does not damage other properties, and has the characteristics of high strength, low heat conductivity coefficient, good heat insulation performance and the like. Meanwhile, researches show that the compact micropores and the slag form an isolation layer, and the permeation of the slag into the aggregate is slowed down, so that the slag permeation and erosion resistance of the material is improved, the service life of the lining body is greatly prolonged, and the material is a novel high-efficiency energy-saving emission-reducing material and is an upgraded and updated product of a permanent lining of a steel ladle and a tundish.
本发明涉及一种高强聚轻莫来石微孔浇注料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:聚轻莫来石微孔均化料20‑50份,轻烧莫来石料20‑45份,铝矾土粉20‑30粉,硅微粉5‑10份,铝酸钙水泥2‑8份,蓝晶石3‑10份,外加减水剂0.2‑1.0份;引入轻量化骨料是实现耐火材料轻量化的主要途径,因此针对钢包、中间包永久衬等所用的隔热保温材料,此浇筑料既保证了耐浇注料整体导热系数的降低,又不破坏其它各项性能,具有强度高,导热系数低,隔热性能好等特点。同时研究表明由于致密微孔与渣形成“隔离层”,减缓了熔渣向骨料内部渗透,因此提高了材料抵抗熔渣渗透与侵蚀的能力,极大地延长了衬体的使用寿命,是一种新型的高效节能减排材料,是钢包、中间包永久衬的升级换代产品。
