Wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged on the movable support, and the rotating mechanism is connected with the power output end of the lifting mechanism and used for conducting lifting motion under the action of the lifting mechanism; the clamping and fixing mechanism is connected with the power output end of the rotating mechanism, and the clamping and fixing mechanism is used for clamping and fixing the anti-floating anchor rod and rotates under the action of the rotating mechanism; the clamping and fixing mechanism rotates under the action of the rotating mechanism so as to drive the anti-floating anchor rod to be converted between transverse arrangement and longitudinal arrangement, and the clamping and fixing mechanism ascends and descends along with the rotating mechanism under the action of the lifting mechanism and adjusts the position along with the movable support. The problem that manual carrying and mounting are needed is solved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; and the anti-floating anchor rod can be positioned in the center of the hole site, so that the engineering quality is improved.
