The invention discloses an installation method of a high-altitude large-span steel truss, which comprises the following steps: ground installation: assembling and forming the large-span steel truss on a ground jig frame; and a lifting point is selected on the large-span steel truss, and the large-span steel truss is vertically lifted to the track with the U-shaped section, so that the large-span steel truss slides in the track with the U-shaped section. According to the installation method of the high-altitude large-span steel truss, when a tower crane is adopted for hoisting, the ground bearing capacity, the binding hoisting point position of the beam, the strength in the steel beam hoisting process, the included angle of the steel wire rope, the stability in the steel beam hoisting process and the like are checked and calculated, and the safety and the stability in the hoisting process are guaranteed; and two groups of positioning ropes are arranged at each of the two ends of the steel truss, the two groups of positioning ropes are fixedly connected with the two winches respectively, the lengths of the released positioning ropes are adjusted through driving of the two groups of winches, the two ends of the steel truss are positioned, and the steel truss is prevented from overturning in the hoisting process.
本发明公开了高空大跨度钢衍架的安装方法,包括以下步骤:地面安装,在地面胎架上将大跨度钢桁架组装成型;在大跨度钢桁架上选取吊点,将大跨度钢桁架垂直提升至截面呈“凹”字型的轨道上,使大跨度钢桁架在截面呈“凹”字型的轨道内滑移。本发明中,该高空大跨度钢衍架的安装方法,采用塔吊起吊时,对地面承载力及梁的绑扎起吊点位置、钢梁吊装过程中的强度、钢丝绳夹角及钢梁吊装过程中稳定性等进行验算,保证在吊装过程中安全性和稳定性,再有在钢桁架两端各设置两组定位绳,两组定位绳分别与两个卷扬机连接固定,通过两组卷扬机带动调节放出的定位绳的长度,对钢桁架两端进行定位,防止起吊的过程中,出现钢桁架倾覆。
