The invention relates to an installation method of a large-span steel truss, which comprises the following steps of: assembling on the ground to form a lower chord beam, placing the lower chord beam at the top of a jack, and pre-arching the lower chord beam by using the jack; hoisting the lower chord beam to a set position of the main body structure, and connecting an inclined pull rod between the lower chord beam and the main body structure on two sides of the lower chord beam; a horizontal first connecting beam is connected between the lower chord beam and the main body structure, then an upper chord beam is installed on the top of the lower chord beam, the upper chord beam and the lower chord beam are spliced to form the steel truss, and the pull rod is dismantled. According to the method, the problem that the large-span steel truss is prone to being bent downwards during installation is effectively solved, by optimizing the installation method of the large-span steel truss, the deformation of downward bending of the steel truss due to gravity is reduced, the installation precision of the steel truss is improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种大跨度钢桁架的安装方法,包括步骤如下:于地面拼装形成下弦梁,将下弦梁置于千斤顶的顶部,并利用千斤顶对下弦梁预起拱;将下弦梁吊装至主体结构的设定位置,于下弦梁和下弦梁两侧的主体结构之间连接倾斜的拉杆;于下弦梁与主体结构之间连接水平状的第一连接梁,进而与下弦梁的顶部安装上弦梁,从而上弦梁和下弦梁拼合形成钢桁架,拆除拉杆。本发明有效地解决了大跨度钢桁架安装时容易出现向下弯曲的问题,通过优化大跨度钢桁架的安装方法,以减小钢桁架受重力向下弯曲的变形量,提升钢桁架的安装精度,保证施工质量,提升施工效率。
