Construction elevator with bridging door
The invention provides a construction elevator with a bridging door. The construction elevator comprises a lift car and the bridging door installed on one side of an opening of the lift car. The bottom of the bridge door is in pivot joint fit with the bottom of the opening of the lift car, the other end of the bridge door is connected with the traction structure, and the traction structure drives the bridge door to swing and ascend and descend around the pivot joint part. A mounting cavity is formed in the bottom of the lift car, a strip-shaped opening is formed in the side, close to the bridge door, of the mounting cavity, a bearing plate is slidably inserted in the strip-shaped opening, one end of the bearing plate extends into the mounting cavity, a driving structure is mounted in the mounting cavity, and the driving structure can drive the bearing plate to go in and out of the strip-shaped opening, bear and support the put-down bridge door and conduct clamping fit; a bridge door is used as a bridge and is in lap joint between a construction elevator and a building floor to be used for moving and transferring goods, installation of a protection frame is reduced or the structure of the protection frame is simplified, and construction and installation are convenient; and moreover, secondary reinforced supporting and locking can be carried out on the bridging part, protection for preventing misoperation is formed, and the use safety is improved.
本发明提供了一种带有搭桥门的施工电梯，包括轿厢，安装在轿厢敞开口一侧的桥门；桥门的底部与轿厢的敞开口底部枢接配合，桥门的另一端端部与牵拉结构连接，牵拉结构带动桥门绕枢接部进行摆动升降；轿厢的底部设有安装腔，安装腔靠近桥门的一侧设有条形口，条形口处滑插设有承托板、承托板的一端伸入安装腔内，安装腔内部安装有驱动结构，驱动结构可带动承托板进出条形口，对放下的桥门进行承托支撑、且进行卡接配合；其利用桥门作为搭桥，搭接在施工电梯与建筑楼层之间，用以货物的移动中转，减少防护架的安装或者简化防护架的结构，方便施工及安装；并且，可对搭桥部位进行二次加强支撑及锁定，形成防止误操作的保护，提高使用安全性。
