Preparation process of superfine silicon carbide powder
The invention discloses a method for preparing silicon carbide superfine ceramic powder, which comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing 40-70% by mass of carbon black powder, 0-30% by mass of silicon dioxide powder, 0-30% by mass of crystalline flake graphite powder and 0-70% by mass of fused quartz powder to obtain a raw material; (2) putting the raw materials into a ball mill, and carrying out ball milling until the particle size is less than 20 microns to obtain mixed powder; the invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic material containing silicon carbide, which comprises the following steps of (1) uniformly mixing powder, (2) uniformly mixing the powder, (3) putting the uniformly mixed powder into a mold, changing the powder into a blocky sample in a cold pressing manner under the pressure of 10-50MPa, and maintaining the pressure for 2-8 minutes, and (4) heating a blank and cooling to obtain the ceramic material containing silicon carbide. The preparation method is simple, reduces the raw material cost and can be used for large-scale preparation.
本发明公开了一种制备碳化硅超细陶瓷粉体的方法,包括如下步骤:1)按照质量分数,将40~70%的炭黑粉末、0~30%的二氧化硅粉末、0~30%鳞片石墨粉、0~70%的熔石英粉末混合均匀,得到原料;2)将原料置于球磨机中,球磨至粒径小于20μm得到混合粉料;3)将均匀混合的粉体置于模具中,采用冷压的方式使其变为块状样品,压力为10‑50MPa,保压2‑8分钟;4)加热坯料后降温即得所述含有碳化硅的陶瓷材料。该制备方法简单,降低了原料成本,可大规模制备。
