The finish-coat paint comprises a component A and a component B, the component A comprises a disulfide bond reducing agent buffer solution and an amyloid protein buffer solution; the component B comprises an activated hydrophilic compound, a first solvent and a wetting agent. According to the invention, the outermost layer of the main coating of the constructed outer wall is subjected to overlay treatment through a bionic system of protein amyloid aggregation, and the activated super-hydrophilic compound reacts with the active group of the formed phase-transition protein film, so that the surface of the outer wall is endowed with extremely strong hydrophilicity and self-cleaning property.
