The invention provides a pipeline dredging system which is characterized in that a traction device comprises two winches and four pulleys, the two winches are arranged on the ground on the outer sides of two inspection wells respectively, portal frames are arranged above the two inspection wells respectively, the two pulleys are installed on the portal frames respectively, the other two pulleys are fixed to the side walls of the lower portions of the two inspection wells respectively, and the two pulleys are arranged on the portal frames respectively. Steel wire ropes at the output ends of the two winches are respectively and sequentially connected with the guide rope through pulleys, and the two winches are linked; a mud scraping device is connected to the guide rope, and the guide rope can drive the mud scraping device to reciprocate when reciprocating, so that deposits are brought into the inspection well; a height adjusting device is further arranged on the bottom face of any inspection well, the height adjusting device can adjust the height of the guide rope, and therefore the sludge scraping device can dredge deposits at different heights in the blow-off pipe. The structure is reasonable, and the problems that too much sludge is accumulated in the pipeline, and after pipe wall grease coalesces, a high-pressure flushing water head is difficult to flush the pipe wall thoroughly are solved.
本发明提供一种管道疏通清淤系统,牵引装置包括两台卷扬机及四个滑轮,两台卷扬机分别布置在两个窨井外侧的地面上,两个窨井上方分别设置有龙门架,两个滑轮分别安装在龙门架上,另外两个滑轮分别固定在两个窨井的下部侧壁上,两台卷扬机的输出端钢丝绳分别依次通过滑轮与引导绳连接,两台卷扬机联动;引导绳上连接有刮泥装置,引导绳往复运动时能带动刮泥装置往复运动,将淤积物带到窨井内;任意一个窨井的底面还设置有高度调整装置,高度调整装置能调整引导绳的高度,从而实现刮泥装置对排污管内不同高度的淤积物清淤。本发明结构合理,解决了管道内淤泥积泥过多、以及管壁油脂聚结后,高压冲洗水头难以将管壁冲洗干净的问题。
