The invention discloses a multi-layer and multi-span raw bamboo stair which comprises a plurality of layers of step plates and a plurality of rest platforms connected to the step plates. The step plate comprises a plurality of steps and C-shaped steel I; and a plurality of transverse raw bamboo rod pieces of the ladder steps are connected through transverse bolts. One end of the transverse raw bamboo rod piece is connected to a building main body structure, and transverse C-shaped steel and vertical C-shaped steel are installed at the other end of the transverse raw bamboo rod piece. The transverse C-shaped steel and the vertical C-shaped steel are fixedly connected into the C-shaped steel I. The lower end of the C-shaped steel I of the first layer of step plate is connected with the ground, and the upper end of the C-shaped steel I of the first layer of step plate is connected with the corresponding rest platform. The upper end and the lower end of the C-shaped steel I located above the first layer of step plate are connected with the corresponding rest platforms respectively.
