The invention discloses an adjustable edge protection device which comprises at least three stand columns, each stand column is fixed to the edge ground of an edge hole, the upper end of each stand column is provided with a first hole and a second hole perpendicular to the first hole, a first lock chain is sequentially arranged in the first holes in a penetrating mode, and a second lock chain is arranged in the second hole in a penetrating mode. The middle ends of the stand columns are provided with third holes and fourth holes perpendicular to the third holes, the third holes are sequentially provided with second lock chains in a penetrating mode, and the fourth holes and the second lock chains are inserted through second bolts to lock the second lock chains. During construction, the stand columns only need to be firmly fixed to the ground through expansion screws, the two chains form two protective railings, operation is easy, and construction is convenient; the whole device is composed of four steel columns and two chains, and is convenient to carry, low in cost and easy to implement.
