Mullite fiber reinforced geopolymer composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of fiber reinforced geopolymer composite materials, in particular to a mullite fiber reinforced phosphoric acid excited geopolymer composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The acid-activated geopolymer composite material provided by the invention contains a mullite fiber reinforced phase structure. The mullite fibers are selected and uniformly doped into the geopolymer material, and the formed reinforced phase can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the acid-activated geopolymer material and reduce the high-temperature shrinkage rate of the acid-activated geopolymer material. Researches show that the compressive strength of the geopolymer added with 10% of mullite fiber in 7 days can reach 26.1 MPa (mean value), and the bending strength of the geopolymer in 7 days can reach 10.4 MPa; the linear shrinkage of a geopolymer sample added with 20% of fibers is as low as 3.13% after the geopolymer sample is treated at 1350 DEG C for 1 hour. Meanwhile, the invention has the advantages of few raw material components, lower cost and simple process, and is expected to be applied in the fields of structural materials, building materials, refractory materials, solid waste and solid core materials, antibacterial filter materials and the like.
本发明涉及纤维增强地质聚合物复合材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种莫来石纤维增强磷酸激发地质聚合物复合材料及其制备方法与应用。本发明提供的酸激发地质聚合物复合材料含有莫来石纤维增强相结构。本发明通过选择莫来石纤维均匀掺入到地质聚合物材料中,所形成的增强相能够显著提高酸激发地质聚合物材料的力学性能,并降低其高温收缩率。研究表明,添加10%莫来石纤维的地质聚合物,其7天抗压强度可以达到26.1MPa(均值),7天抗弯强度达到10.4(MPa);添加20%纤维的地质聚合物样品在1350度处理1小时后线收缩低至3.13%。同时,本发明原料组分少,成本较低,工艺简单,有望在结构材料,建筑材料,耐火材料、固废固核材料、抗菌过滤材料等领域得到应用。
