The invention relates to a cemented filling material containing electric furnace reducing slag and application thereof. The invention relates to a cemented filling material containing electric furnace reducing slag. The cemented filling material is slurry which is mainly formed by mixing a cementing material, lead-zinc tailings and water, wherein the mass ratio of the cementing material to the lead-zinc tailings is (1: 2)-(1: 12); the cementing material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-60% of electric furnace reducing slag, 20-50% of converter slag, 10-60% of slag and 10-40% of desulfurized gypsum. The early strength can be remarkably improved through the synergistic effect of the electric furnace reducing slag and other raw materials, and meanwhile the high strength is achieved after complete condensation; the material has outstanding advantages when being used for filling a mining area, and the mining progress can be accelerated.
