The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing BaCO3, SrCO3, TiO2, La2O3 and Fe2O3 according to a preset mass ratio, mixing the weighed BaCO3, SrCO3, TiO2, La2O3 and Fe2O3 with absolute ethyl alcohol, and carrying out ball milling to obtain first slurry; drying and sieving the first slurry, and performing a pre-sintering reaction at a first temperature to synthesize first powder; sieving the first powder, mixing the sieved first powder with absolute ethyl alcohol, and carrying out ball milling to obtain second slurry; drying and sieving the second slurry, and adding polyvinyl alcohol with a predetermined mass percent to obtain second powder with the particle size of 60-100 meshes; carrying out dry pressing molding on the second powder under preset pressure to obtain a rough blank; sintering the rough blank at a second temperature to obtain a composite doped barium strontium titanate ceramic sample, wherein the component of the barium strontium titanate ceramic sample is (Ba0. 65Sr0. 35) < 1-x > LaxTi < 1-x > FexO3.
