The invention relates to a negative pressure eliminating device in a recharge well, which is structurally characterized in that a floater is arranged in a recharge pipe inserted into the recharge well, a conical upper cover body is suspended at the lower end of the floater, and the conical upper cover body covers a pipe orifice blocking body and is connected with the pipe orifice blocking body through a telescopic connecting piece; a necking sealing and blocking edge used for preventing the pipe opening sealing and blocking body from being disengaged is arranged at the lower end opening of the recharge pipe. A plurality of oblique impact drainage channels are formed in the pipe orifice blocking body, the upper end openings of the impact drainage channels are formed in the top surface of the pipe orifice blocking body, and the lower end openings of the impact drainage channels are formed in the positions, capable of being blocked by necking-down blocking edges on the recharge pipe, of the pipe orifice blocking body; a vertical impurity discharging channel is formed in the middle of the pipe opening blocking body, and the lower end of the impurity discharging channel is communicated with the impact drainage channel through an inclined communicating pipe.
