The invention relates to an underwater building structure repairing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The underwater building structure repairing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 17-28 parts of cement; 4-11 parts of a water dispersion resistant compound agent; 3-5 parts of a waterborne epoxy emulsion; 0.8 to 4 parts of embedded steel bar long fiber; the embedded steel bar long fiber is formed by compounding one or more of ultrahigh-strength polyethylene fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, basalt fiber and polyformaldehyde fiber, and the fiber monofilament length of the embedded steel bar long fiber is 4-20 mm. The invention aims to provide the underwater building structure repairing material, and the structure repairing material can realize underwater mold casting construction and can replace steel bars to carry out underwater steel bar planting operation; therefore, the bonding strength, the breaking strength, the tensile strength and the ultimate tensile strain of the reinforcing material and the failure load and the acid medium corrosion resistance of a structural body meet the design reinforcing related performance index requirements.
本发明涉及一种水下建筑物结构修复材料及其制备方法及应用,包括以下重量份数:水泥17‑28份;抗水分散复配剂4‑11份;水性环氧乳液3‑5份;植筋长纤维0.8‑4份;所述植筋长纤维包括超高强聚乙烯纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚甲醛纤维中的一种或几种复配而成,其纤维单丝长度为4‑20mm。本发明旨在提供一种水下建筑物结构修复材料,该结构修复材料可实现水下模注施工,且可代替钢筋进行水下植筋操作,从而使得加固材料的粘结强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度、极限拉伸应变以及结构体的破坏荷载、耐酸性介质腐蚀达到设计加固相关性能指标要求。
