Rural waste cement concrete road renovated pavement structure and filling method thereof
The invention discloses a pavement structure for renovating and transforming a rural waste cement concrete road and a filling method of the pavement structure. The pavement structure comprises an asphalt surface layer, a graded broken stone layer and a regenerated broken stone layer which are arranged above a soil matrix from top to bottom, v-shaped regenerated gravel drainage ditches are formed in the two sides of the regenerated gravel layer and filled with regenerated gravel; road shoulders are arranged on the two sides of the pavement structure and extend from the asphalt surface layer to the recycled gravel drainage ditch; and plant fiber grids surround the periphery of the graded broken stone layer. According to the invention, the rural waste cement concrete road pavement material is fully utilized to form the regenerated gravel layer and the regenerated gravel drainage ditch, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced, the waste material is fully utilized, and the road drainage can be further accelerated. The application of the plant fiber grating effectively enhances the structural strength of the pavement, reduces the generation of various cracks, and improves the quality of the asphalt pavement, thereby prolonging the service life of the asphalt pavement, reducing the maintenance cost of the road, optimizing the comprehensive benefits of road operation, and having important significance for promoting the development of rural economy.
本发明公开了农村废旧水泥混凝土道路翻新改造路面结构及其填筑方法,所述路面结构包括在土基上方自上而下设置的沥青面层、级配碎石层和再生碎石层;再生碎石层两侧开设V形再生碎石排水沟,沟内填充再生碎石;路面结构两侧自沥青面层延伸至再生碎石排水沟设有路肩;级配碎石层四周环绕植物纤维格栅。本发明充分利用农村废旧水泥混凝土道路路面材料,形成再生碎石层和再生碎石排水沟,不仅减小了对环境的污染、充分利用废料,还能够进一步加快道路排水。植物纤维格栅的运用有效增强路面的结构强度、减少各类裂缝的产生,提高沥青路面质量,从而延长沥青路面的使用寿命,降低道路养护成本,优化道路运行综合效益,对促进农村经济发展具有重要意义。
