The invention relates to the technical field of raft foundation construction, and provides a super-large equipment raft foundation construction technology which comprises the steps of foundation pit excavation, soil nailing wall construction, post-grouting cast-in-place pile construction, raft foundation pouring, fat groove pouring and the like. The post-grouting cast-in-place piles are formed through construction at the bottom of the foundation pit, the stability of the raft foundation in the vertical direction is improved on the basis that the bearing capacity of the raft foundation is improved, and the situation that the raft foundation generates displacement in the vertical direction, and consequently settlement of the raft foundation is caused is avoided; and meanwhile, the raft foundation is formed through pouring firstly, a fat groove is formed between the raft foundation and the foundation pit slope, then pouring is conducted on the fat groove so that the raft foundation and the foundation pit can be connected through large-size concrete blocks, the stability of the raft foundation in the horizontal direction can be improved, and displacement of the raft foundation in the horizontal direction is avoided.
本发明涉及筏板基础施工技术领域,提供了一种超大设备筏板基础施工工艺,包括开挖基坑、土钉墙施工、后注浆灌注桩施工、筏板基础浇筑、肥槽浇筑等步骤。本发明通过在基坑底部施工形成后注浆灌注桩,在提高筏板基础的承载能力的基础上提高了筏板基础在竖直方向上的稳固性,避免筏板基础在竖直方向上产生位移,导致筏板基础沉降;同时,通过先浇筑形成筏板基础并使得筏板基础与基坑边坡之间形成肥槽,再对肥槽进行浇筑以实现利用大体积的混凝土块将筏板基础与基坑连接起来,能够提高筏板基础在水平方向上的稳固性,避免筏板基础在水平方向上产生位移。
