The invention discloses a construction method for a raft of a super-large clean workshop. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a prefabricated GRC moulding bed is installed at a pile cap; S2, concrete pouring of the raft plates is conducted through a warehouse jumping method; and S3, the plane of the poured raft is leveled in a laser fine leveling mode. According to the construction method, the flatness of the concrete surface can reach the degree that the deviation is not larger than 2 mm within the range of 2 m * 2 m, the re-measured elevation deviation per 2 m does not exceed 2 mm, the flatness of the concrete surface is improved to a great extent, due to the fact that the post-cast strip is canceled through construction of the skip method, the expansion reinforcing strip is adopted for processing the construction joint, the integrity of the high-precision raft is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The surface finishing quality is ensured.
本发明公开了一种超大洁净厂房筏板施工方法，本发明包括如下步骤：S1、在桩承台处安装预制GRC胎模；S2、采用跳仓法进行混凝土浇筑筏板；S3、采用激光精平方式对浇筑后的筏板平面进行整平。本发明的施工方法混凝土面平整度能达到2m×2m范围内偏差不大于2mm的程度，且每2m复测标高偏差不超过2mm，极大程度上提高了混凝土面的平整度，因采用“跳仓法”施工将后浇带取消，采用膨胀加强带处理施工缝，提高了高精度筏板的整体性，保证了收面质量。
