The invention discloses a manned platform suitable for installation of a fan foundation anchor bolt assembly, comprising a platform mechanism which is located at the center of the inner diameter of an upper anchor plate when in use; the bracket mechanisms are uniformly distributed and fixed on the platform mechanism at intervals; and the rigid safety guardrail mechanism is mounted on the platform mechanism. After the anchor bolts for positioning are installed on the lower anchor plate, the manned platform and the upper anchor plate are installed through the bracket mechanism, a crane lifts the manned platform and the upper anchor plate to the position over the lower anchor plate, the upper anchor plate and the anchor bolts for positioning are installed, and when other anchor bolts are installed, an operator is on the platform mechanism and under the protection of the rigid safety guardrail mechanism, and therefore the safety of the operator is guaranteed. Anchor bolts are installed at the same time from any face of the upper anchor plate at the straight or cross-shaped diagonal positions.
