The invention belongs to the technical field of color-coated sheets, and discloses a double-sided embossing pre-roller-coating metal printing decorative sheet. The metal plate comprises a metal base material layer, and the metal base material layer is coated with a printed pattern layer; wherein the surface texture of the printed pattern layer is surface concave-convex texture. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the double-sided embossing pre-roller-coating metal printing decorative plate, and the preparation method comprises the following steps that the metal base material is pretreated; the surface of the pretreated metal base material is coated with corrosion-resistant primer in a roller coating mode; then coating a floating coat on the primer layer; then, the floating coat is coated with a printed pattern layer; and coating the printing pattern layer with a coating varnish layer to finish the metal printing decorative plate. And finally, the coated metal printing decorative plate is embossed through an embossing roller, and the double-face embossing pre-roller coating metal printing decorative plate with concave-convex textures on the surface is formed. According to the preparation method, special patterns imitating flamed surfaces and litchi surfaces are formed under the conditions that the paint film of the decorative plate is complete and the durability is not damaged.
