The invention discloses a double-sided decorative ceramic rock plate and a preparation method thereof. The double-sided decorative ceramic rock plate sequentially comprises a background micro powder decorative layer, a middle blank body layer, a ground glaze layer, a pattern decorative layer and a glazed layer from bottom to top, wherein the background micro-powder decorative layer is a preset background pattern formed by distributing micro-powder of a plurality of colors; the middle green body layer is provided with a preset green body pattern formed by distributing green body powder of a plurality of colors, and the green body powder comprises toner and a basic green body; the micro powder and the toner have the same raw material components. The back bottom micro powder decoration layer, the pattern decoration layer and the glaze polishing layer are arranged on the front face and the back face of the middle green body layer respectively, and the one-time firing double-face decoration effect is achieved. In the forming process, the processes of front face material distribution and reverse micro powder beating are adopted, positive pressure forming is matched with the overturning process, and the pattern decoration on the bottom face also has the fine and smooth effect; and during polishing, an up-down polishing process is adopted, so that the ceramic rock plate with double-sided high gloss and good decorative effect is obtained.
本发明公开了一种双面装饰陶瓷岩板及其制备方法，该双面装饰陶瓷岩板由下至上依次包括背底微粉装饰层、中间坯体层、底釉层、图案装饰层和抛釉层；其中：背底微粉装饰层由若干种颜色的微粉布设而成预定背底图案；中间坯体层由若干种颜色的坯粉布设而成预定坯体图案，坯粉包括色粉和基础坯料；微粉与所述色粉的原料组分相同。本发明通过在中间坯体层的正反两面分别设置背底微粉装饰层，以及图案装饰层和抛釉层，实现了一次烧成的双面装饰效果。并在成型时，采用正面布料、反打微粉工艺，并正压成型，配合翻转工艺，使底面的图案装饰同样具有逼细腻的效果；在抛光时，采用上下抛光工艺，获得了具有双面高光泽，且装饰效果佳的陶瓷岩板。
