The invention discloses a stray current prevention system under a fastener plate, and the system achieves the increase of the creepage distance of a fastener system, the reduction of the accumulation of surface pollutants, and the prevention of the penetration of an internal conductive path by pollutants such as dust, oil and water through the lower part of the fastener and the gap sealing treatment of the upper part of the fastener. Therefore, the fastener system has good insulation performance after long-term use. According to the invention, the under-plate insulating plate with good insulating performance is arranged under the iron base plate to realize electrical isolation between the iron piece at the upper part of the fastener and the ballast bed, and the insulating paint with good insulating performance and elasticity is sprayed on the surface of the fastener to realize filling and sealing of gaps of all parts at the upper part of the fastener; the overall insulation performance of the fastener is prevented from being reduced due to long-term use. According to the scheme, installation is basically consistent with that of an existing common fastener, no additional working procedure is added, no obvious influence is generated on the fastener by any subsequent adjustment of the steel rail, and the fastener is suitable for large-scale construction.
本发明公开了一种扣件板下防杂散电流系统,该系统通过对扣件下部进行绝缘阻隔和上部的缝隙密封处理实现了增大扣件系统爬电距离,减少表面污染物堆积和防止内部导电通路被灰尘、油水等污染物贯通,进而使得扣件系统长期使用具有良好的绝缘性能。在本发明中,通过在铁垫板下设置一块具有良好绝缘的性能的板下绝缘板实现扣件上部铁件与道床之间的电气隔离,并辅以具有良好绝缘性能和弹性的绝缘涂料喷涂在扣件表面实现扣件上部各零部件缝隙的填充、密封,防止长期使用造成扣件整体绝缘性能下降。该方案与现有一般扣件的安装基本一致,不增加额外工序,且后续钢轨的任何调整调整不会对其产生明显影响,适宜于大批量施工。
