Stray current damage prevention concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering concrete, and discloses stray current damage prevention concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the stray current damage prevention concrete comprises the following steps: mixing the blast furnace water slag, the steel slag, the desulfurized gypsum, the magnesium slag and the quick lime in proportion, and grinding in a ball mill to obtain a low-carbon cementing material; and weighing the concrete raw materials, adding the weighed concrete raw materials into a forced stirrer, and stirring for 2 minutes to obtain the stray current damage prevention concrete. According to the invention, the solid waste is adopted to prepare the low-carbon cementing material and prepare the concrete, so that the whole cementing system has excellent compactness, strength, volume stability and environmental erosion resistance, and the system is far superior to ordinary Portland cement in the aspects of durability such as electric flux, chloride ion permeation resistance, sulfate resistance and shrinkage; the low-carbon cementing material can obviously improve the resistance, and can prevent stray current from corroding reinforced concrete.
本发明涉及工程混凝土技术领域,公开了一种防杂散电流危害混凝土及制备方法。这种防杂散电流危害混凝土的制备方法,首先将高炉水渣、钢渣、脱硫石膏、镁渣和生石灰按照比例混合后,在球磨机中磨细得到低碳胶凝材料;然后将混凝土原料称好后加入强制式搅拌机搅拌2min,即可制得防杂散电流危害混凝土。本发明采用固废来制备低碳胶凝材料,并制备成混凝土,可以使整个胶凝体系具有极好的密实度、强度、体积稳定性和抵抗环境侵蚀的性能,从而使该体系在电通量、抗氯离子渗透、抗硫酸盐、收缩等耐久性能方面均远优于普通硅酸盐水泥,另外,该低碳胶凝材料对电阻的提升非常明显,可防止杂散电流对钢筋混凝土的腐蚀。
