The prestressed concrete sheet pile anti-seepage structure for the hydraulic structure comprises a set of prestressed concrete sheet piles matched with a main lock chamber structure in span, every two adjacent prestressed concrete sheet piles are connected through a bottom mortise and tenon joint structure, and a mortise A and a mortise B are formed in the two sides of each prestressed concrete sheet pile in the longitudinal direction; a cavity is formed between the mortise A and the mortise B on the sides, close to each other, of every two adjacent prestressed concrete sheet piles and is filled with cement grout. The invention further discloses a construction method of the prestressed concrete sheet pile anti-seepage structure for the hydraulic structure. According to the prestressed concrete sheet pile anti-seepage structure for the hydraulic structure and the construction method, the whole structure meets the construction requirement for seepage prevention of the hydraulic structure, and meanwhile, the novel mode that the prestressed sheet piles serve as the dam body anti-seepage structure brings guiding value to implementation of hydraulic structure engineering.
