Underpinning system for stress conversion of existing structure and control method of underpinning system
The underpinning system comprises a steel supporting stand column, a steel beam and an axial force servo system, the steel beam is erected below a structure top plate, the axial force servo system is erected on a structure bottom plate, and the steel supporting stand column is supported between the axial force servo system and the steel beam. The axial force servo system comprises an underpinning support and a control box, a distance measuring sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged on the underpinning support, and the distance measuring sensor and the pressure sensor are connected with the control box. Through synchronous loading of an axial force servo system and through erection of a steel supporting stand column, the existing structural system is vertically jacked tightly, so that the whole-process and integral stress of the system is converted from an original supporting system to a temporary supporting system; after a new structure system is formed after transformation is completed, stress conversion from the temporary supporting system to the new structure system and rapid dismantling work of the temporary support are achieved through synchronous proportional unloading, and the impact load and progressive damage to the supporting system caused by asynchronous unloading are avoided.
本发明公开了一种用于既有结构受力转换的托换系统及其控制方法,包括钢支撑立柱、钢梁和轴力伺服系统,钢梁架设在结构顶板下,结构底板上架设轴力伺服系统,钢支撑立柱支顶于轴力伺服系统与钢梁之间,轴力伺服系统包括托换支座与控制箱,托换支座上设置有测距传感器和压力传感器,测距传感器和压力传感器分别与控制箱连接。通过轴力伺服系统同步加载及钢支撑立柱贯通架设,对既有结构体系竖向顶紧,从而实现体系全过程、整体性受力由原支撑体系向临时支撑体系的转换;改造完成形成新结构体系后,通过同步按比例卸载,实现由临时支撑体系向新结构体系的受力转换及临时支撑快速拆除工作,避免卸载不同步导致的冲击荷载及支撑体系的渐进性破坏。
